At the annual international conference on Innovations in Large Area Electronics (InnoLAE) held in Cambridge, Simon Ogier presented NeuDrive’s recent work on developing materials and process technology for generating arrays of devices for flexible displays, logic and sensor devices using established large area manufacturing techniques. Results were shown for non-optimised simple logic devices including 5 stage ring oscillators with operating frequencies of greater than 0.5MHz and stage delays calculated at ~160 ns. Also shown were digitally customizable gate arrays demonstrating how custom circuits could be built without the need to incur any mask redesign costs at all.
